Traditional massage soothes the mind and body with gentle to moderate pressure and long flowing strokes designed for pure relaxation. By increasing circulation muscles get a flow of oxygen and nutrients, toxins are released and the immune system is strengthened.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage offers the firmest pressure of all massages. It is intended to release tension, toxins and deeply held muscular resistance created from overuse and stress.
$100 for one hour.

Prenatal Massage
Recommended after the first trimester through child birth, prenatal massage focuses on the specific needs of an expecting mother. Using gentle pressure delivers comfort and relaxation as well as offering relief for aches and cramps.
$90 for one hour.

Therapeutic Massage
Blending a variety of therapeutic techniques these sessions are individually tailored to your specific needs. These sessions are recommended for individuals experiencing back pain, those recovering from injuries or individuals concerned with specific areas of tension. Coaching for stretching exercises to follow up from therapeutic massage sessions are included.
$90 for one hour.

Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Yoga massage, sometimes called Thai massage, promotes the flow of positive energy and encourages an overall sense of well being. Sessions are held on the floor on top of a yoga mat. This technique combines elements of yoga, shiatsu and acupressure with therapeutic attention to meridians of energy throughout the body.

Tandem Massage (Four Hand Massage)
Tandem massage is intended for clients interested in experiencing twice the therapeutic benefits in the same amount of time. As the name implies, sessions include two massage therapists working together with long synchronized strokes. This is the ultimate in relaxation!
